It is contains multi-species, It describes all of the strains used for the product. Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14): Bacteriocin production (1) Bifidobacterium lactis (Bl-04): Good for seasonal (pollen) allergies (2)  Bifidobacterium longum (BI-05): Offers higher immune-protection (3) Lactobacillus casei (Lc-11): Inhibits common pathogens Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr-32): Showed anti-inflammatory properties, boosts immune regulation Ingredients are clearly stated: Cellulose Powder, Cellulose (capsule), FOS (Fructooligosaccharides), Ascorbyl Palmitate and Silica.

cons: Only the total CFU is stated.  How much of each species is present is not declared.  It should be refrigerated to maintain potency.

OUR OPINION: There are not that many special ailments that are aided by taking this probiotics except seasonal allergy.  Other benefits of this products are rather general effects of probiotics.
